How will I get measured if I reside outside the UK?
We have put together a step by step measuring chart. All you need is a measuring tape to complete the chart. Once the chart has been completed it can emailed to info@thejodhpurcompany.com

We are based in London.
How much does The Jodhpur Company charge for a tailor to come to my house and measure me?
We charge £50.00 to come to you anywhere within the M25.
I live away from London can you still come and measure me for a bespoke garment?
Of course we can. We will charge you according to our travelling distance. Contact us on 0203 095 1786 to discuss further.
How long will it take to get our bespoke garment made?
It will usually take between 4-6 weeks. Depending how many garments you would like made of course.
Can you help with styling?
Most certainly, our in house styling experts have worked for the most luxurious tailoring labels.
How are the garments delivered?
We will aim to deliver the garment(s) to you in our Jodhpur Company jeep. We can asses the fitting and make any alterations depending on your preference.
Can we come to you ?
Absolutely! We have a studio located on the outskirts of Shoreditch. Booking is by appointment only.

How does the payment for a bespoke item work?
We take half of the payment upfront and then the rest when garment is made.
Can I cancel my order ?
We can cancel an order providing the material has not been sourced or spoken for.
I want to view fabrics before I purchase?
If you send us your details we can post you a snippet of what you are after. We can always email pictures too.
